What is Duxton House?
We are dedicated to curating, conscientious products for you, made by global craftsmen. Guided by our founding principles, everything we offer is made with love by small independent businesses. When we say everything, we mean everything – from the products we sell to our branding & web design. At Duxton House you get beautiful conscientious products made by real people.

How can I check the status of my order
You can login to your profile page and check the status of your order here. You can always email us for details as well.

Shipping Fees
Free delivery in Singapore for orders above S$60. Anything below S$60 delivers for a flat fee of S$8.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do! While we’re currently focused on launching seamlessly in Singapore, we offer bespoke shipping internationally. Please email us here if you’re located outside of Singapore.

International items typically arrive within 1-3 weeks. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. Rates are calculated by weight of package/delivery destination and are for postage alone. International shipping might not include tracking or delivery confirmation depending on location. We also offer expedited shipping (2-3 days) with tracking information, which is available upon request and depends on your location.

PLEASE NOTE: international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by your country. You are responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. We are not able to mark any international packages as zero value or as gifts to avoid customs duties or fees.

When will I receive my order?

We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from Singapore within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, orders may take 2-5 days to arrive, dependent on your location. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as shipments leave our studio. Ship time does not include in-house processing.

If you have ordered international shipping, as mentioned above the delivery time can vary from 5 to 20 business days after you have received our shipping notification.

I need to make changes to my order!
Please email us here with your change request as soon as possible. We are happy to update your order before it has shipped! We are closed Saturday and Sunday. However, we’ll make sure to respond first thing Monday when we return!

Returns and Refunds Policy

Can I place one order and ship to multiple locations?
At this time, we are only able to ship each order to one location and cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you would like to ship to more than one shipping address, please place a separate order for each.
